That’s it. Take the bull by the horns.
There is no better time than the present. Having just celebrated my 12th anniversary of my wife and I meeting, I am more aware than ever of the passage of time. I feel confident that I have seized the opportunities before me. When I have wanted to do something I have gone for it. I set priorities in direction of goals and make every choice based on the end I hope to achieve. Of course, sometimes I get lazy, and afraid. But those times are not the majority. I am proud to be able to say that.
I’ve lived enough to know that the road ahead opens up based on what decisions you have made in the past. It’s all connected. One thing I see as a common denominator of success these days is patience. It has always been true that success is not instant. It’s also been true that anything worth doing takes time and patience. Nowadays with computers and the internet, it can be deceiving that results are instant … they are still NOT so.
One metaphor might be through passwords. Everyone I know complains they forget their passwords. Until we can use a fingerprint for everything, we must be smart and move forward with a creative solution. I have a solution that works for me but to most people, it is too much trouble. It’s that kind of thinking that will get you stuck in the field trying to login for some huge reason but you can’t because it was too much trouble to fix your own problem in advance. Again, the road ahead opens up for you, how you meet the road is up to you.
